Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, answering their questions and resolving issues efficiently.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and handle cash payments.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior work experience is required; we are looking for eagerness to learn.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with computer systems.
