Job Overview
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will assist customers with their inquiries, process transactions efficiently, and ensure our store maintains a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs or inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with inventory to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails regarding orders and product availability.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and periodic stock counts.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding safety and loss prevention at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with smartphones/tablets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things quickly.
