Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors warmly, answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Process incoming orders, invoices, and shipments with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse management systems and basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate timely delivery schedules.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
