Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Assist with inventory checks and basic administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30 WPM+).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
