Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Accurately input and maintain customer data within our secure CRM systems and databases.
- Resolve complex customer issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective, timely solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Conduct market research and provide regular feedback to management regarding customer trends.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance targets for call resolution and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment without compromising quality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive customer-first mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely (hybrid option available).
