Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Problem Resolution: Assist customers in resolving their issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Information Management: Accurately record customer interactions and account information into our CRM database.
- Process Adherence: Follow company scripts and protocols while maintaining a personal touch with every customer.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback regarding products and services and relay it to the management team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and supervisors to meet daily performance targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary. We provide full training for the right candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and confidently.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy (typing, navigating web browsers) and willingness to learn new software.
