Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockrooms.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and goals.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of company products and services.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse populations.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
