Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and transactions.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department.
- Process sales and returns accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and goals.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of company products and policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to learn new skills quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
