Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse and logistics tasks, including sorting, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure product availability for customers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Operate basic warehouse machinery and equipment, such as forklifts (after training) and pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service in person or via communication channels.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners or POS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
