Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Support: Assist in promoting products and services, achieving daily sales targets and providing product recommendations.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate stock levels, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is tidy and appealing.
- Point of Sale (POS): Operate the cash register efficiently, process transactions accurately, and handle returns or exchanges.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure store operations run smoothly.
- Operational Support: Assist with store setup, cleaning, and any other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
