Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues via phone and ticketing systems.
- Perform routine hardware maintenance, asset inventory management, and workstation setup for new hires.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic computer problems and implement effective resolutions.
- Document all technical incidents and resolutions in our knowledge base to improve future support.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues and learn best practices.
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and security patches.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic operating systems.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
