Responsibilities
- Greet and Engage: Welcome customers with a warm smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Product Assistance: Assist customers in finding products, answering questions about inventory, and explaining product features and benefits.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Point of Sale: Operate the cash register accurately, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Cash Handling: Count cash drawers at the start and end of shifts to ensure accuracy and balance the register.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and support store operations during peak hours.
- Feedback Collection: Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to the management team to help improve our service.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for all new hires. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are all we ask!
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs), and walk around the store.
- Reliability: Punctual with a proven track record of dependability.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and handling money.
