Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding products and answer questions about our services and policies.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Perform light cleaning duties as needed to maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 4-6 hours).
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly.
