Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering general inquiries about our merchandise.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; however, candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
