Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Assist with quality control inspections and packaging tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid California driver's license preferred but not required
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – training provided!
