Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using handheld scanners
- Prepare orders for shipment by packing, labeling, and loading pallets
- Maintain organized inventory in warehouse zones using barcode systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
