Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in our state-of-the-art warehouse facility
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift/pallet jack) with proper certification training
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- No prior warehouse experience necessary—training provided
- Reliable transportation to our Oakland facility
