Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and documentation in digital systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and proper lifting techniques
- Participate in regular process improvement meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
