Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments using barcode scanners
- Load/unload trucks with proper lifting techniques and safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse space through daily sweeping and sanitation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train everyone!
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to our North Louisville facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Pass background check and drug screening
