Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using warehouse management systems
- Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet daily shipping targets
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces to ensure safety and compliance
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to support accurate stock records
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation training provided)
- Reliable transportation to the 456 Commerce Drive location
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
