Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanners and handheld devices
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications while maintaining quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely including pallet jacks, forklifts (with certification), and conveyor systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S methodology
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
