- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using barcode scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse space following 5S methodology
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after proper certification
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document inventory transactions using digital tracking systems
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper techniques
