Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, pack, and ship inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided)
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing products
- Participate in inventory audits and stock rotation
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—entry-level candidates encouraged
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to our Austin facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
