Job Summary
In this role, you will play a crucial part in our daily operations, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with our team to maintain inventory levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and verifying incoming stock to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to understand safety protocols and order tickets.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
