Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management by organizing stock and updating inventory systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, quality control measures, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
- Valid driver's license (optional, depending on specific shift requirements).
