Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train everyone from scratch
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to shift start times
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
