Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and organize incoming inventory with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely
- Pick and pack orders for shipment following quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends)
