Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and package inventory according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using scanning technology
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading of delivery trucks
- Participate in regular warehouse cleaning and maintenance duties
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train everyone!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
