Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using equipment forklifts and pallet jacks
- Organize and inventory products in warehouse zones
- Inspect goods for damage and maintain quality standards
- Operate warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
