Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Load and unload shipments in a timely manner while maintaining organized staging areas
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all roles)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings
