Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort inventory using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and order fulfillment
- Follow safety protocols and report equipment issues
- Participate in team inventory counts and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy (email, data entry)
- Reliable transportation to our Minneapolis facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
