Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Safely handle merchandise using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count and track stock using handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage before shipping.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse floor.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent attendance record.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts (40 hours/week).
- License: Valid Driver’s License is a plus but not required.
