Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Trash Removal: Maintain a clean work environment by regularly emptying trash bins and organizing storage areas.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Availability: Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
