Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure easy access and maximum efficiency.
- Package and label products securely for distribution.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting processes.
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors regarding daily goals and safety concerns.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Strong work ethic and reliability with a history of attendance.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
