Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and stock inventory to ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Packaging: Pack items securely for shipping, ensuring all labels are correct and damage-free.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily inspections of warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and be willing to work various shifts.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills in English.
