Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks, pallets, and containers using forklifts, hand trucks, and other equipment.
- Package and prepare shipments for distribution, ensuring accuracy and safety standards.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring stock levels are accurate.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred, but not required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
