Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist with the setup, breakdown, and maintenance of event spaces to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, restrooms, and common spaces throughout the event.
- Provide accurate information regarding event schedules, locations, and services to attendees.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods, including standing on concrete floors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Reliable transportation to and from the New Orleans location.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform light physical tasks as needed.
