Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and infrastructure.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to strict safety regulations and company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to building occupants and internal stakeholders.
- Document all work orders, maintenance logs, and repairs using our digital management system.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, electrical, or HVAC.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software.
