Responsibilities
- Delocate exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for Fortune 500 clients
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics through personalized solutions
- Process daily transactions and resolve billing inquiries in real-time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives with weekly innovation workshops
- Train new hires on proprietary systems and compliance protocols
- Support quarterly regional growth initiatives across Texas markets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to adapt schedules with 24/7 rotational coverage availability
- Strong problem-solving skills with conflict resolution certification
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client site visits
