Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and organize inventory
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS technology
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Proficiency in basic computer operations
- Reliable transportation to Oakland facility
- Flexible schedule availability (shifts between 6AM-10PM)
