Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient support in clinical settings
- Assist with mobility transfers and daily living activities
- Monitor vital signs and document observations accurately
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Transport patients safely between facilities
- Deliver compassionate companionship to elderly residents
Qualifications
- Current Ohio CNA or Medical Assistant certification
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Flexibility to work between 6 AM-11 PM shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
