Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in luxury retail and event settings
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and special events
- Operate POS systems and maintain inventory accuracy
- Support venue operations setup/teardown as scheduled
- Uphold premium brand standards in all interactions
- Adapt schedule based on business needs (self-selected shifts)
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts (minimum 20 hrs/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
