Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across resort amenities including pools, dining, and event spaces
- Maintain pristine facility cleanliness and safety standards through routine inspections
- Support inventory management and restocking of operational supplies
- Process guest transactions accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adapt quickly to changing guest needs and operational priorities
- Complete training modules on safety protocols and service excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; students encouraged to apply
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and short-notice shifts
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Strong communication abilities with diverse guest populations
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Virginia driver's license (if driving responsibilities required)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
