Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and product information into our database systems with high accuracy.
- Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Perform routine clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist in generating reports and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data discrepancies or urgent requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or customer service.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
