Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced retail/hospitality environments
- Operate POS systems and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain organized workspaces
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve client inquiries efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in weekend and evening shifts as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (4-6 hour shifts)
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling skills
- Strong communication in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Reliable transportation to Miami Beach/Downtown locations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
