Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in fast-paced hotel and café environments
- Manage flexible scheduling with 20-30 hours/week availability
- Handle cash operations and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all service areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak service periods
- Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling changes (72-hour notice provided)
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
