Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for same-day shipping fulfillment
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through proper stock rotation and cleaning
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Document inventory movements and discrepancies in warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to downtown Chicago facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
