Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel itineraries for senior leadership.
- Prepare and distribute high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication at all times.
- Assist with the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems to ensure data integrity.
- Perform general office duties, including mail sorting, supply management, and reception duties as needed.
- Support project management initiatives by tracking deadlines, gathering data, and reporting progress.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary government clearances if required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
