Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Update customer accounts and records accurately in our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume and quality.
- Provide product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
