Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status efficiently and accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service protocols and overall response times.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients to drive revenue.
- Handle escalations and complaints with patience and de-escalation techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
